This is the city block surrounded by College Avenue on the east, the Old Downtown Railroad on the west, 4th Street on the south and 5th Street on the north. It is the block on the south-west side of The Square downtown.

Souders Brothers Grocery was located at 122 S. College Avenue in the 1920's.
The Kings' Shop was located at 112 S. College Avenue, the location currently of Bikesmiths. When the building was built, approximately 120 years ago, the owner it is rumored was in a wheelchair. There is still a one floor elevator in to the apartments at 112-1/2 S. College. The floor in the front apartment is an intricate wooden parquet.
