4th Street Parking Garage

The 4th Street Parking Garage is located on the block 2 blocks south of the Courthouse Square at 4th Street, in between Walnut Street and College Avenue.
The garage has 5 levels and also a skywalk that connects with Fountain Square Mall
The garage was open to general public parking on all levels until the late 2000s. At that time, gates were installed on the ramp leading to the second level, requiring people to buy passes in order to park on levels two and up during weekdays. There is still metered parking available on the ground floor, and outside of business hours the gates are left open.

- On August 19th, 2010, multi colored human face profiles were added to the north side of the garage as part of an artistic display.
