The Center on Education and Lifelong Learning (CELL) is one of several centers included in Indiana's Institute on Disablity and Community (IIDC) housed at Indiana University. CELL is directed by Sandi Cole, and its stated mission is "to work with schools and communities to welcome, include, educate and support all learners." CELL offers professional development to teachers in school districts across the state of Indiana.
