Charles McPheeters (1846 - ? ) was Bloomington town treasurer for a number of years as well as owner of a hardware business. Born in Bloomington to J.G. McPheeters and Clara M. (Dunn) McPheeters, Charles McPheeters was partner of William Stuart and then J.W. Shoemaker in a hardware store.
He was married to Cleopatra Stuart, his partner's daughter, and they had two children.
