Fritz Terrace is a neighborhood on the north side of Bloomington. It is arranged in an oval pattern. It connects to Bloomington High School North via a walkway. It has rolling hills, quiet streets, and easy access to Cascades Golf Course as well as the Lower Cascades and Upper Cascades parks.
