Hiram E. Binford (b. 1889, d. 1978) was an educator in Bloomington
He was a 1994 inductee into the Monroe County Hall of Fame on which his plaque reads "Honors (POST-1946) A long-time educator who was superintendent of schools in Bloomington for 22 years. He also was very active in community affairs, as well as national educational endeavors."
