Howe Ryors
From Bloomingpedia
Joseph Howe Ryors (Mar. 10, 1849 - Nov 12, 1889) was a 19th-century Bloomington businessman. He owned part of a wagon spoke factory with George Bollenbacher until selling out, and may have been the builder of the Ryors Block on the corner of Kirkwood Avenue and Walnut Street. He was the son of Alfred Ryors.
Ryors married the former Emma Brown on May 13, 1874.
He is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Note: A Rose Hill Cemetery index published by the Monroe County Genealogical Society incorrectly lists his death date as Nov. 2 rather than Nov. 12.
