Joan Burton (b. 1918, d. 2001) was the executive director of the Stone Belt Center.
She was a 2001 inductee into the Monroe County Hall of Fame on which her plaque reads "An advocate for people with disabilities, serving as executive director of Stone Belt Center for 20 years."
