Linnemeier Building
From Bloomingpedia
The Linnemeier Building was located at 422 E. Kirkwood Avenue. It housed a dental practice and Blast Off Balloons. It sat atop the Jordan River Tunnel, which was not upgraded during The Big Dig Project due to structural concerns for the building.
In 2009 developer Michael Eaton of Rubicon Construction proposed razing the building in favor of a new four-story structure on the location. The proposal was approved and the Linnemeier Building was demolished.
