Micah Winston served as Music Director of WIUS from 1/87-12/90, was on the first Culture Shock organizing committee, served on the selection committee for Live from Bloomington (1988,1989), managed the band Mani and was instrumental in getting Arson Garden signed to their first record deal with Community 3 Records. He managed the band Grave Goods while living in Amherst, MA. He lived in Israel for 16 years and now lives in Amherst, MA.
