Move in week at Indiana University can be crazy, to put it mildly. One week out of the year, the population increases drastically as close to 40,000 students along with their parents, siblings, and friends descend on Bloomington. Very often you will encounter people driving aggressively, honking, and driving the wrong way on Walnut Street or College Avenue or one of the many other one way streets. The counterpart of this week is Move out week, which is similarly intense.
