Owned by Tim Henke and Steve Bodi, the company was Voted Fairest Landlord in 1999 by the Bloomington Independent. They were voted this by Bloomington residents becuase of their reputation for giving security deposits back, customer service, principled management, and superior maintenance. The company remains highly flexible, yet professional. They are a company that feels more human than "by-the-book". Their number one form of marketing media is word-of-mouth. They have a reputation for building new properties frequently and they are unique buildings that do not look similar.
