The Richland Development Group specializes in developing in the Ellettsville area. The group purchased 53 acres of farmland in 1986 at the intersection of SR 46 and Union Valley Road, and built Richland Plaza, as well as the Autumn Hills and Autumn Grove housing developments. Also, they built a 14-unit condominium development on 3.3 acres off 46 just west of the Ellettsville IGA Shopping Center.
The group was owned by Jim Wray, Bruce Furr, and some other investors.
