Southern Indiana Amateur Radio Association
The Southern Indiana Amateur Radio Association, SIARA, is designed to promote, host, and coordinate amateur radio activity across southern Indiana. SIARA recognizes and affirms that amateur radio operators from different localities and counties within the state may share similar interests in radio experimentation, communications technologies, socializing, education, and other activities. SIARA was founded in June of 2018 and membership is open to any amateur radio license holder as well as prospective license holders.
SIARA often participates in activities with the K9IU club at Indiana University, the K9SOU club at Bloomington High School South, and has members in common with K9IU as well as the Bloomington Amateur Radio Club.
