Tallest Building

15 floors, 147 feet, according to https://www.emporis.com/buildings/129630/eigenmann-hall-bloomington-in-usa

I was trying to figure out what is the second-tallest, but Emporis doesn't have exact heights for a bunch of buildings. Forest, Briscoe, and Tulip Tree are all listed at 11 stories or ~135 feet. And Willkie is listed at 12 floors (more) but the exact height of 111 feet (less), which is weird.
