Faris & Faris Market

I have evidence that there was another grocery store called Faris & Faris that existed as far back as 1900. I was at the library today looking at the oldest city directories they have and there was an entry on College Avenue for "no number" locations and one of them was Faris & Faris. Could this have been the business of Jude's parents or something? More investigation is clearly necessary. It could be that the compiler of the information Rosemary Macomber (who compiled it in 1981) thought that the business existed that far back and wondered why there was no number for it.
