On Wednesday, December 3, 2003, the President signed the following bills into law:
H.R. 3379, which designates the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 3210 East 10th Street in Bloomington, Indiana, as the Francis X. McCloskey Post Office Building;

AN ACT
To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located
at 3210 East 10th Street in Bloomington, Indiana, as the "Francis X. McCloskey Post Office Building".
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.
The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 3210 East 10th Street in Bloomington, Indiana, shall be known and designated as the "Francis X. McCloskey Post Office Building".
SEC. 2. REFERENCES.
Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Francis X. McCloskey Post Office Building".

Res. 146, taking his seat on May 1, 1985, and reelected to the four succeeding Congresses (May 1, 1985- January 3, 1995); unsuccessful candidate for reelection to the One Hundred Fourth Congress in 1994; died on November 2, 2003, in Bloomington, Ind.
