The Copper Cup
The Copper Cup is a locally owned coffee shop. They have two locations in town. The location on 3rd Street serves Bubble Tea. A third location, on Bloomfield Road, closed down in 2009.
Dean Foster, owner of the Pro Winds music shop in Jordan Square, opened the store in 2001 when the space next to him became vacant. It features coffees, baked goods, bagels and fruit smoothies.
Foster made some effort to decorate the restaurant locally; The hammered copper sign on the side of the building was made by Jack Brubaker, while the interior was decorated by Lara Moore of Bella Bella Arts.
The business is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily and employs about 15.
