Opened by Metin Ayvazoglu in 2002, Turkuaz is one of two locally owned Turkish restaurants in Bloomington, the other being Anatolia. Open for lunch and dinner, Turkuaz offers a variety of authentic Turkish foods, specializing in 'pides', which cost around $6 including soup and a salad.
