Victoria Towers

Victoria Towers, 221 East Kirkwood Avenue, is a historic building located on the corner of Kirkwood Avenue and Lincoln Street. Formerly a funeral parlor, it now features many businesses, beautiful Victorian architecture and lovely stained glass.
Developer Bruce Storm owned the building from 1985-2006, and then sold it to Victoria Towers LLC.
In 2019, Victoria Towers was renamed to Kirkwood Towers by Cedarview Management. After the renovation, the building had one large commercial space and the rest was apartments.
