W. Douglas Rae (b. 1908, d. 1968)
He is a 1978 inductee into the Monroe County Hall of Fame on which his plaque reads "Minister, First Baptist Church, 1935-1968; Founder Christian Center, Board member 1939-1968; Community service; Housing authority, redevelopment commissioners, community action program, Juke Box, youth recreation center, Indiana University School of Religion."
