After the Storm

This storm was one of those rare ones where you can watch the storm continue in the distance for a long time after it passes over you. After it was past Bloomington, there was nothing buy clear sky above revealing the stars as clear as a on a winter night. There was a stark contrast between the clear sky and the raging storm filling the southern sky. Even though the storm was 50 miles away, it still filled 1/4 of the sky. About 2 to 5 strikes per second caused a spectacular and silent light show. This lasted for over an hour as the storm slowly moved south.
