Barbara Shalucha (b. 1915, d. 1992) founded the Hilltop Garden in Bloomington
She was a 2000 inductee into the Monroe County Hall of Fame on which her plaque reads "An educator who brought gardening to young people by founding Hilltop Garden in Bloomington."
