Foster Quadrangle
Overview
Foster quad is a dorm located at 1000 North Fee Lane in the north-central part of campus. It was completed in 1963. It consists of Foster-Harper, a nine-story building, and four other buildings (Foster-Shea, Foster-Martin, Foster-Magee, and Foster-Jenkinson) that are each about three stories tall. The quad also includes Gresham Cafeteria.
The buildings are located across the street from McNutt Quadrangle and right next to Sembower Field and the IU Softball Field.
Subjectively, Foster is known for Kelley students, Greek house members, highly attractive women, and the only late night campus food source: the Hoosier Den, which is open till 2 a.m. weeknights and 3 a.m. weekends and on Thirsty Thursday.
Trivia
The narrow lot between Foster and Fee Lane contains one of three graveyards on the IU campus.
