Frank Todd
From Bloomingpedia
Frank Todd (? - 1912) was a Bloomington fire chief and restaurant owner. He was shot and mortally wounded by Clinton Hovious in 1912.
Todd owned a restaurant in the Hotel Bowles. He was married to the former Lilly Wilson, who had also previously been married to Hovious. This had been the occasion of bad blood between them, and on September 30, 1912, Hovious knocked on the Todds' door with a gun. The two men fought, and Todd was shot in the stomach.
