Talk:Shoes over the high wires

From Bloomingpedia

I think this article really deserves lots of pictures. Also, I imagine this would be hard to find, but I wonder if anyone knows the location of shoes hung by then or now famous people who graduated from IU. If someone is feeling really creative, they could create a density map showing where the highest concentration of shoes are. ;-) -- Mark 04:41, 15 March 2006 (GMT)

Yeah, this article does deserve pictures, but I think-for the good of the community- we should focus on the "Naked Bathing in Showalter Fountain" article more. From a purely content-diversification perspective, of course. :-) -Chrobb 12:12, 15 March 2006 (GMT)
Why is telephone and power lines a page link?? Chris 16:18, 6 May 2006 (EDT)
Does it make sense now that I've put some content there? I really meant to link to a future article on Telephone and power lines in Bloomington. It might seem rediculous to some people, but likewise there are some people (like my dad) who are interested in utility lines and infrastructure. -- Mark 23:56, 6 May 2006 (EDT)
Why is that so hard to believe? I can geek out on the placement of sewers and other subteranean infrastructure at the drop of a hat. I once caught a glimpse of some of the IU steam tunnels. There used to be some really cool webpages out there that documented the steam tunnels of various universities. But for the coolest collection of hidden infrastructure, check out www.hiddenmickeys.org. There's lots of fun info about the hidden Disney infrastructure. -Chrobb 16:52, 7 May 2006 (EDT)
